Project Information

The conversion of the basement of Picton House was completed in October 2011 and sold the same weekend (STC). Unusually for a basement the flat has very high floor to ceiling heights resulting in a very light and airy space.

The basement has been tanked to prevent moisture ingress and all original walls have been newly plastered in lime giving an amazing quality finish. The original penant stone flooring and courtyard garden really make it a special flat.
