Kersteman Quarter Update 2016

Despite the challenging weather in recent weeks (the wettest December on record!), much progress has been made on site at Kersteman Quarter by our hard working team and we remain on program.

•  Basement structural works are now complete and the floors are almost finished for all homes.

•  Stonemasonry has started with the creation of new window and door openings.

•  Scaffolding is presently being erected to start relaying the roof (new felt, batons, leadwork etc) to make it as good as new whilst retaining the original terracotta tiles.

We are really pleased with the interest that has been been shown in our Kersteman Quarter development with 3 of the 5 properties being reserved before the formal off-plan release in Spring 2016.  For more information please contact Richard Harding on 0117 946 6690
